Program empowers youth to step into the workforce and gain the skills they need to thrive. By partnering with local employers, we’re creating pathways for young people to explore careers, grow in confidence, and learn the value of hard work. Employers, in turn, have the opportunity to inspire, mentor, and strengthen their community from within.
