1. Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the Glamorous Prom Dress Giveaway, participants must:

  • Be a High School Senior enrolled in a Horry County School.
  • Follow @LymytlessFoundation on Instagram.
  • Comment on the official giveaway post and tag at least three (3) friends.
  • Submit only one (1) entry per student. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Entries will be accepted until December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Selection Process

  • Winners will be selected by the Lymytless Foundation team based on eligibility and entry compliance.
  • We would like at least 1 student from each participating high school (if possible).

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM), email, phone and text.

3. Compliance & Participation Requirements (Once Selected)

Selected winners must agree to the following guidelines to remain eligible:

  • Confirm acceptance within 48 hours of receiving notification.
  • Provide Prom Date Details (date of prom, time of prom, address and time for photos) within 7 days of being selected.
  • Parent or guardian approval is required for dress selection and participation.
  • Tag @LymytlessFoundation in at least three (3) Prom Night photos.
  • Photos provided to or taken by the Lymytless Foundation will remain the property of the Foundation and may be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes at the Foundation’s discretion.

Failure to meet these requirements or respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize. If a dress has already been ordered, it may be offered to the next eligible winner.

4. Dress Selection & Fitting

  • Designer and store options for dresses will be available on the official website at www.LymytlessFoundation.com.

  • Winners will work directly with the Lymytless Foundation to confirm final dress selection.

  • Winners must provide dress size and measurements within seven (7) days of being selected.

  • Once a dress has been selected and ordered, no changes can be made.

  • Dress selection is subject to availability at the time of order.

  • Alterations, accessories, and transportation are not included, unless otherwise stated by the Lymytless Foundation.

If a winner is unable to attend prom for any reason, they must notify the Lymytless Foundation immediately.

  • Winners who cannot attend prom are asked to donate one (1) hour of their time for a scheduled photoshoot with the dress.

  • Failure to communicate may result in forfeiture of the dress so another high school senior may enjoy the opportunity.

If no communication is received and the dress is not returned, the winner or their parent/guardian may be responsible for the cost of the dress and associated services.

5. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:

  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements or provide requested information by the stated deadlines.
  • Lack of communication or responsiveness after selection.
  • School suspensions or disciplinary actions that occur prior to Prom Night.
  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward Lymytless Foundation staff, volunteers, or other participants.

False, misleading, or incomplete information submitted during the entry or selection process.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Lymytless Foundation and its partners are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, internet outages, or social media malfunctions affecting entry submissions.
  • Any delays, losses, or damages related to dress delivery or Prom Night participation.

Any injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this giveaway.

7. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant the Lymytless Foundation permission to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, social media posts, and press releases without additional compensation.

8. General Terms

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
  • All decisions made by the Lymytless Foundation are final.
  • The Lymytless Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.

Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
